Converting existing taxiway to 45m emergency runway, approximately 2600m long.
Overlay of approximately 1500m taxiway.
Installing new airfield lighting system and fittings. Construction of approximately 35,000sqm of new concrete aprons.
Construction of perimeter roads. Construction of new sub-station.
Construction of new drainage system, water towers etc. All the above works were undertaken on live airport without disruption to normal airport operations

Type of Contract: The project was executed by Haji Hassan Group as the Main Contractor.
